PentaSport is more than just a sports league, and more than just a see-each-other-once-a-week type of league.
While playing with teammates and against opponents provides a platform to connect with others, our vision is to cultivate unity — in more ways than one. And we believe that holding league Socials serves as an opportunity to continually build and foster our community.
In the end, our hope is to see every team and player attend the PentaSport Socials!
WHAT
Socials are held each season — some gathering or events put on during the season, and one banquet at the end to wrap up the season. The events are opened to all those playing in the league and anyone interested in attending.
The venues vary event by event, with times typically starting at 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are sold online, and promoted during the season. Each Social includes a meal, prize draws, activities, and other initiatives to enhance the PentaSport experience. The Season-End Social features awards, including the Most Spirited Player honour for each team.
